Innovative Way, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates www.smartcal.it (“SmartCal”, “the Service”, "the Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any personally-identifying information ("PII") we receive from users of the Site or the Service.
Protection of Your PII
We use your PII for providing and improving the Site, the Service, and its users, including but not limited to: alerting you about improvements to the Service, alerting you about promotions from our users, alerting you about promotions from our affiliates, etc. If you are a user of SmartCal and have supplied your email address, SmartCal may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what's going on with SmartCal and our products. We primarily use our Web, third-party Internet Web sites, or third-party applications to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. SmartCal takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of PII.
We may, from time-to-time, discloses PII to our employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on SmartCal's behalf or to provide services available at SmartCal, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using the Service, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. SmartCal will not rent, lease, or sell PII to anyone.
Information Collection And Use
While using our Site or the Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, postal address and phone number ("PII").
Facebook and Other Third Party Connections
We may disclose your PII if required to do so by law (including, without limitation responding to a subpoena or request from law enforcement, court or government agency) or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary (i) to comply with a legal obligation, (ii) to protect or defend our rights, interests or property or that of third parties, (iii) to prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, (iv) to act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or (v) to protect against legal liability.
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). However, SmartCal does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site or the Service.
If SmartCal, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that SmartCal goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of SmartCal may continue to use your PII as set forth in this policy.
Comments and other content submitted to the Facebook comment service are not saved on our servers. Your use of the comment service will constitute your acceptance of Facebook’s terms and conditions.
The security of your PII is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your PII, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
